GPA Training has released its latest video tip.
This week’s video reveals how asking “How may I help you?” to a customer often turns employees into the dreaded order takers we wish they avoid, as well as sharing why that can be detrimental. Additionally, the video offers the link to a complementary eModule detailing what to ask instead and why.
GPA Training says the five- to seven-minute module fully encompasses how to properly greet prospects and customers, setting the table for top customer service and thus increased sales. It includes a knowledge test in the form of a customer scenario in which participants engage and also provides a complementary app to support utilizing the training on the job.
