Karmak says attendees came from as far away as California and Ontario, Canada, to Maudlin’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Orlando, Fla., to participate in an attendee-driven agenda that included a deep dive into Karmak Fusion’s features and a tour of the Maudlin facility for a look at how they’re leveraging Fusion in real-time. Attendees were able to discuss industry needs and trends with Navistar, Karmak, and their peers as well as take a strategic look at their service department performance as part of Allen Phibbs’s (KEA Advisors) interactive presentation, the company says.
“Teaming with influencers from Navistar and Karmak to discuss needs both now and in the future is irrefutably positive,” says Darren Cunningham, CFO, Maudlin. “This type of forum allows us to have direct impact on the way our industry does business. We’re pleased to see the level of investment that Karmak and Navistar have in our success.”
“We are focused on helping our customers attain higher levels of success,” adds Reid Heiser, Director of Accounts for Karmak. “Spending face-to-face time with our clients and partners like Navistar helps us ensure we’re on the right track – the feedback we get from these events serves as a guide for our products and services roadmap.
“Thank you to our host, Maudlin International, our partners at Navistar and KEA Advisors, and all of our clients who invested the time and made the trip to make this such an impactful and enjoyable event.”
