Paccar Parts recently recognized dealers for exceptional parts performance at the Kenworth and Peterbilt annual dealer meetings.
Awards were presented for parts and service excellence and top TRP performance. These dealers achieved exceptional growth in parts business, outstanding rates of customer satisfaction, and illustrated expert knowledge and utilization of Paccar Parts technologies.

She adds, “These dealers demonstrated tremendous overall growth and fleet support on top of providing excellent customer service.”
The 2022 Kenworth Parts and Service Dealer of the Year award was presented to CIT Trucks for the second year in a row. Not only did CIT once again demonstrate tremendous parts growth, but it also increased customer usage of the Online Parts Counter, reported significant expansion of the Paccar Parts’ Fleet Services Program, and reported a high percentage of PremierCare Gold-certified dealer locations.
The 2022 Peterbilt Parts Dealer of the Year was awarded to Peterbilt of Atlanta for the second year in a row. This dealer group once again reported excellent purchase, retail and TRP growth, as well as high call center satisfaction and fleet sales expansion. Peterbilt of Atlanta has demonstrated excellent e-commerce growth and volume along with an increase in the utilization of Paccar Parts’ Fleet Service program.

The 2022 TRP All-Makes Dealer of the Year was awarded to Palmer Group for Kenworth and JX Truck Center for Peterbilt. Featuring two TRP stores, Palmer Group elevated TRP brand purchases and achieved exceptional e-commerce and Fleet Services sales growth. JX Truck Center dealer reported excellent call center satisfaction rates and strong TRP purchase and retail numbers.
In its debut year, the new e-commerce Dealer of the Year award was earned by The Larson Group, which also nabbed the top Peterbilt dealer award. Paccar Parts says the dealership advanced the Paccar Parts business by investing in new technologies, such as the Fleet Services program and the e-commerce platform
