ATA's Women in Motion will launch a webinar series in 2024.

There are four dates scheduled: Feb. 21, May 22, Aug. 21 and Nov. 20. All of the webinars will be at 2 p.m. Eastern. They will be open to everyone and ATA says they will be a tool to discuss important industry topics from women's perspectives.

Sponsorship opportunities are available, and ATA is also looking for ideas for webinar material.

Also in 2024, Women in Motion is set to become a council that will promote and support the advancement of women in the trucking industry. Women in Motion will continue to provide access to training, mentorship and networking programs, as well as advocating for policies and practices that create a level playing field for women in the industry. Women in Motion seeks to empower women to pursue and succeed in all aspects of trucking, ATA says, and ensure they are treated with respect and equity.
