BMO's Transportation Finance and Vendor business is now Longview Transportation Finance, operating as part of Longview Capital Solutions.
The business was acquired by Stonepeak and, with the transaction complete, is now operating under a new name.
"While our name has changed, our commitment to customers, dealer partners and the transportation industry remains unchanged," a statement from Longview says. "Longview Transportation Finance will continue to serve the market with the same experienced team, deep industry expertise and relationship-focused approach that customers have relied upon for decades."

During the transition period, BMO will continue to service and originate current and future loans on behalf of Longview.
