Bill Wade of Wade & Partners has released information on his upcoming presentation at the Heavy Duty Remanufacturing Group Summit, set for Jan. 21, during Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week at The Mirage in Las Vegas.
Wade’s presentation, entitled “This Economy Is Not a Dress Rehearsal: Conscious, Continuous Innovation Is Not a Luxury Anymore,” will address major issues including the development of new customer value, new and old customer needs, adding value in new ways and the need to challenge ourselves to think differently, he says.
