Platinum partners reflect the top 10 percent of distributors in the comprehensive Bendix independent aftermarket distributor network. Launched in 2007, the PDP has continued to strengthen Bendix’s distributor relations and its capacity to support the marketplace, the company says.

Bendix says the Premier Distributor Program evaluates distributors in six key areas. Unlike other programs in the heavy-duty parts industry, the Bendix program utilizes objective performance measures as opposed to work volume alone. As a result, all Bendix distributors, regardless of size, have an equal opportunity to earn rewards and recognition.
Additionally, Bendix says its account managers work with distributors to optimize delivery and improve customer relationships by jointly constructing a business plan that addresses the PDP’s key measurement areas. The program’s holistic approach aids Bendix and its distributors by enabling two-way communication and setting clearly defined annual expectations.
