GenNext HD held a reception for current members and interested parties last Wednesday before opening of the 2015 HDA Truck Pride Annual Meeting in San Antonio.
GenNext President Steve Hansen kicked off the event by describing the non-profit organization’s successful 2014, and the group’s vision for the coming year. Hansen says 2015 is already off to a good start for the group, which has held an educational webinar, and debuted both its quarterly newsletter GenNext University. (The latter is a password protected archive of GenNext educational events.) Hansen also described the success of the group’s recruiting and mentorship programs.
“I’m proud of the industry support and individual support at every level,” Hansen said. “People aren’t afraid to roll their sleeves up to help this industry thrive and I have absolutely no doubt we will continue to grow GenNext into a well-recognized industry staple.”
