MERA finalizes agenda for Remanufacturing and Sustainability Conference

The stage is set for the 2016 Remanufacturing and Sustainability Conference, hosted by the Motor and Equipment Remanufacturers Association (MERA) and Golisano Institute for Sustainability on Sept. 28, 2016, in Troy, Mich.

As with prior years, MERA says the event will offer plenty of opportunities for executives to gain insight and network. This year, attendees will be treated to two leadership addresses: Mary Petrovich, executive chairman, AxleTech International and operating executive, The Carlyle Group; and John Esposito, chairman and CEO at Warner Music Nashville.

MERA says Petrovich, a successful and experienced industry executive, will share lessons learned from a private equity leader in the commercial vehicle sector. Esposito will discuss how the principles of effective leadership are common across sectors of the economy.

This year’s event also will feature the following timely panel discussions:

  • Shifts and Trends in Purchasing Patterns in the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket
  • Transforming the Future: The Next Generation of Remanufacturing
  • Industry Outlook | Executive Insight
  • Influencing Through Advocacy: Raising Awareness and Acceptance of Remanufacturing

MERA says registration is now open for the event, and early-bird rates are available through August. For more information or to sign up, please CLICK HERE.
