Midwest Trailer Sales, Inc., on Thursday introduced its new business entity Midwest Heavy Duty (MHD), which the company says will build on the company’s established trailer sales and parts business to further extend its reach into the heavy-duty aftermarket parts arena.

“We’ve built our trailer business over the last 34 years to be one of the best known resources for quality parts, service and product knowledge in the Midwest region,” says Troy Zurbuchen, president of Midwest Heavy Duty. “We’ve been expanding the business for a number of years and the launch of MHD is a confirmation to our customers and the industry at large that our capabilities extend far beyond trailer.”

MHD will build on its existing expertise with an all-encompassing truck and trailer portfolio to offer a variety of aftermarket solutions in brakes and wheel end, drivetrain, exhaust, lighting, lubricants and coolant, Steering and suspension, truck accessories and more.

In conjunction with the announcement of MHD, the company also has unveiled its new branding, which includes a bold and powerful logo, to symbolize its solid dependability in the marketplace. The new MHD identity will be visible on the company’s literature, web site, storefront and various delivery vehicles.

Zurbuchen says unveiling MHD and its new branding gives the company the opportunity to promote its full commercial vehicle capabilities while positioning itself for even more growth going forward.

The company says MHD will continue to operate as a full service trailer dealer under the Midwest Trailer Sales name and operating unit.
