MERA announces dates for 2017 reman conference

The Motor & Equipment Remanufacturers Association (MERA) will hold its 2017 MERA-Golisano Remanufacturing and Sustainability Conference on Oct. 4, 2017. The event also will be preceded Oct. 3 by the half-day MERA Remanufacturing Technology Forum.

MERA says it plans to expand on the 2016 program’s multi-sector remanufacturing panel by introducing more cross-industry knowledge experts throughout the conference. A preliminary agenda will be released soon, MERA says.

Additionally, proposed topics for the Remanufacturing Technology Forum include:

• Collaborative robots
• Advanced materials
• Rapid forming
• Non-contact scanning & data processing
