Capital Gear names new vice president

Capital Gear Ltd., has promoted Jerry Sayegh to vice president of Operations, effective Feb. 1, 2017.

Sayegh joined Capital Gear in 2007 and has held a number of management positions within the company from shipping, parts and sales through to general manager.

Capital Gear says his exceptional knowledge of the industry provides a solid base for efficient and effective communication with Capital Gear’s aftermarket team and distributors. He has innovative solutions and approaches to tackling complex and challenging issues, always with a focus on the customer. His extensive product knowledge and customer service experience, particularly with distributors and their expectations, will strengthen relationships with both new and existing distributors, the company says.

“Jerry brings a deep understanding of all aspects of the operations of Capital Gear and with Capital Gear’s continued, unprecedented growth, we recognized the need to establish stronger processes within our organization, and better customer service,” says Gerard Zentner, president of Capital Gear.

In this position, Capital Gear says Sayegh will lead the company operationally and provide strategic direction for the company’s ongoing growth. In addition to Operations, Sayegh also will continue to oversee the sales and marketing department.
