AFA Industries has announced the availability of a new cylinder kit, piston kit, in-frame and complete overhaul kits for the Cummins ISM engine families.
The company says the following parts numbers are now available:
Part Number OH28082423 is a complete overhaul kit that contains the cylinder kits, rod bearings, main bearings, thrust washers and full gasket sets to repair the engine while it is out of the vehicle.
Part Number IF28082423 is an in-frame overhaul kit that contains the cylinder kits, rod bearings, main bearings, thrust washers, upper gasket set and oil pan gasket to repair the engine while it is still in the vehicle.
Part Number A4918787 is an in-frame overhaul kit equivalent to the Cummins OE kit that contains the cylinder kits, rod bearings, main bearings, thrust washers, upper gasket set and oil pan gasket to repair the engine while it is still in the vehicle.
Part Number A28082423 is a cylinder kit that contains the liner, liner seal, piston, piston rings, piston pin, and piston pin retainers.
Part Number A4089386 is a piston kit that contains the piston, piston rings, piston pin and piston pin retainers.
