Dickinson Fleet Services has announced the acquisition of Reliable Mobile Service of Chicago.
DFS, along with majority shareholder Ridgemont Equity Partners, completed the acquisition on June 1, 2017. Reliable Mobile Service has more than 20 years of experience servicing light, medium and heavy duty vehicles in the Chicago market, featuring a state-of-the-art shop facility, mobile on-site units and a strong talent pool of employees dedicated to excellence in the market.
The acquired assets and personnel provide Dickinson Fleet Services with enhanced capabilities to deliver mobile on-site service along with shop maintenance and repair services for light, medium and heavy duty trucks and trailers in the Chicago market.
Ted Coltrain, executive officer of Dickinson Fleet Services says, “This acquisition will provide Dickinson Fleet Services with the opportunity to establish a stronger foothold in one of the better markets in the Midwest.
