Kuo Consulting Group re-focuses strategic direction, increases breadth of services and client model

Twenty-year industry veteran and President Edward Kuo announced a strategic re-focusing of his technology consulting company Kuo Consulting Group (KCG), making available additional technological expertise on a short-term project basis in the heavy-duty truck parts aftermarket.

“There is now a wide variety of technologies that are core to business success throughout the distribution chain. The challenge is that a large number of WD’s and parts manufacturers have great intentions, but lack the time and expertise on staff to actually implement what they need.  As a result, many initiatives fail or never even get off the ground,” says Kuo.

“The new KCG will be able to provide the heavy duty parts market an experienced CIO-type project leader on an “as needed” basis.  Through this arrangement, we will be able to quickly deliver successful implementations to companies at a lesser cost than they would incur hiring and training new IT and support staff. We can make a big difference as we open up our services to new clients, and as the full breadth of our technology competencies becomes more evident,” he adds.
