HDA Truck Pride adds Indiana location

Pampered Coach Truck Center has joined HDA Truck Pride, the company announced Wednesday.

Located in Fort Wayne, Ind., Pampered Coach has been providing heavy-duty parts and service in its market area since 1984. Randy Sieger saw a need for a service center that put customers first, so he created Pampered Coach Truck Center. The name “Pamper” is quite obvious and applicable, as Randy and his team aim to “pamper” their customers from the moment they walk through the door, the company says.

Partnering with HDA Truck Pride will assist Pampered Coach Truck Center in their growth opportunities and increasing demand for commercial vehicle parts and service in their marketplace, the companies say.

“Pampered Coach is a prime example of what HDA Truck Pride has been promoting; focus on the end user,” says Tom Tecklenburg, CCO of HDA Truck Pride. “Pampered Coach is focused on their customers and addressing the needs in their market area. Their dedication to an exceptional customer experience continues to afford them new opportunities and growth. We’re proud to have Pampered Coach as part of the HDA Truck Pride team.”

From its location in Fort Wayne, the company has a strong presence from northwestern Ohio, throughout Indiana and into the greater Chicago area. Owned by Laurie and Randy Sieger, Pampered Coach’s team also includes Jordan Shaheen, general parts panager.
