Midwest Fuel Injection announces it will host Michael Oliveros, president of Williams Diesel Service, at Midwest Fuel Injection’s Bolingbrook, Ill., location for training sessions on diesel exhaust aftertreatment systems on July 27-28, 2018.
“I have seen Michael train previously and was very impressed with his level of knowledge and ability to engage with attendees of all levels and answer their questions on this topic,” says Paul Thoms, president at Midwest Fuel Injection. “We are honored to host Michael at our facility in Bolingbrook and know that his training will be extremely beneficial for those who attend.”
Midwest Fuel Injection says the sessions will cover an in-depth presentation on diesel exhaust aftertreatment systems. There will be discussion of diesel exhaust make-up, aftertreatment system history, federal emission standards, theory and operation. Also reviewed will be a detailed analysis on individual system components and sub-systems including: Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR).
Oliveros will cover system troubleshooting and diagnosis, including tips for component servicing and cost saving preventive maintenance, as well as future systems discussion.
The company says this training event is open to the public, and attendees can choose whichever class works best for their schedule. The options are 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. July 27; 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. July 28. Both courses will be held at Midwest Fuel Injection, 1 Seidel Ct., Bolingbrook, IL 60490.
Midwest Fuel Injection says the early bird registration rate for the event is $100 by June 15, and $150 after. Ticket prices include food, drink and a workbook. Each attendee also will receive a $100 coupon to be used toward a DPF or DPF cleaning at Midwest Fuel Injection.
