HDAW ‘19 to focus on new technology

New technology in the heavy-duty aftermarket industry takes center stage through cutting-edge workshops and a captivating keynote presentation at HDAW ‘19, according to an announcement from the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA).

Workshop topics include:

• The Impact of Better Products & Changing Technologies: Gerry Mead, former vice president of maintenance and currently executive director of innovation at Phillips Industries, highlights how IoT, intelligent trucks and high-tech transportation will transform the future of the heavy-duty aftermarket.
• The Rise of Digitization and How it Can Impact Your Business: Sandeep Kar, chief strategy officer at telematics supplier Fleet Complete, will share key megatrends that are driving the rise of digitization in North American and the global commercial vehicle aftermarket.
