Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) 2019 organizers say the deadline for aftermarket distributors to sign up for one-on-one meetings for January’s event is this Friday, Nov. 9, 2018.
This is the second year one-on-one scheduling is being done online, but before scheduling begins, all distributors must contact CVSN to sign up to participate in the meetings. Organizers say distributors need to make every effort to adhere the new scheduling program. If the program deadlines are met, organizers say it will result in the final schedules being available much sooner so everyone has more time to properly plan for their meetings.
To sign up for one-on-one meetings, distributors must download the sign up form (HERE), complete it and email it to [email protected]. Distributors also must go to the HDAW homepage and start registering delegates for the meeting. Event organizers says distributors will need the delegate personal registration ID number to go into the one-on-one website when it is time to make the meeting selections for your company. Once all distributors have signed up to participate, HDAW organizers says invitations will be sent out so businesses can select their meetings later this month.
