The company says it will launch more than 100 PTS parts, including OE 409 stainless steel grade regular, insulated and turbo pipes; 3S flex pipes; and bellows. All PTS parts will have an OEM direct fit and will include clamps and gaskets.
“Following the exponential increase in DPF (diesel particulate filter) and DOC (diesel oxidation catalyst) replacements over the years, there is now a growing demand for OE fit pipe treatment system replacement parts, with little to no aftermarket full line options available,” says Sebastian Houde, regional sales manager, Dinex Emission.
“Flex, bellows and pipes are faced with extreme temperature changes, engine vibrations, engine torque and bad road conditions, leading to exhaust leaks. Many customers are experiencing frequent DPF regeneration cycles caused by the loss of exhaust pressure. With the high costs of DPFs, it is important to check for leaks, and replace the bellow, pipe, clamps and/or gaskets before it creates downstream issues,” Houde says.
Dinex says the PTS category is the perfect addition to its current DPF/DOC catalog and will be able to give its customers an OE quality option at an aftermarket cost.
