Who’s in the news: Our weekly trucking employment report

The following employment changes were announced to the trucking industry last week (Dec. 9-15, 2019).

  • Dayco announced Michael Weiss has joined the company as President, Powertrain Operations.
  • Stanadyne has appointed Costas Loukellis as vice president, chief financial officer. He replaces CFO Stephen Langin, who retired from the company on Dec. 1.
  • Four Star Freightliner has named Damita Oliver, payroll manager, as its 2019 employee of the year.
  • Gates Industrial Corporation announces David Naemura, CFO, will depart the company effective Jan. 31, 2020. David Wisniewski, senior vice president and chief accounting officer, will assume the responsibility of interim CFO while the company conducts its search for a new CFO.
  • Kinedyne has named John Seliga as its new vice president of finance. Seliga succeeds Tobey Rumack who retired earlier this year.
