APRA accepting nominations for industry’s top reman business

The Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association (APRA) and Heavy Duty Reman Group (HDRG) are now accepting nominations for the prestigious Michael S. Hill Heavy Duty Remanufacturer of the Year Award.

APRA says the award is given annually to a company or individual who has demonstrated innovative ways to create and grow a successful business model and, in the process, support industry efforts to advance the science of remanufacturing.

This award will be presented during the HDRG Summit Luncheon on Jan. 27, 2020, at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas, before the beginning of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW).

Past recipients of the award include Detroit Reman, Precision Rebuilders, WABCO Reman Solutions, ERC LLC, TransAxle LLC, Camerota Truck Parts, John Weller, Mike Hill, ArvinMeritor Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket-Remanufacturing.

APRA says interested parties can submit a nomination by emailing the organization at [email protected]. Nominations must be received no later than Jan. 17.
