UAP’s Heavy Vehicle Parts Division has acquired Master Sourcing. Master Sourcing is a Canadian distributor of hydraulic and pneumatic parts for trailers and dump trucks, according to an announcement.
“We are very pleased to welcome the Master Sourcing team to the Traction/TW network,” says Pierre Rachiele, executive vice president, UAP Heavy Vehicle Parts Division. “We will benefit from the great technical expertise of this team, which will allow us to extend our sales and distribution activities for this family of products to the entire country thanks to our network of Traction stores and TW distribution centers.”
UAP intends to maintain Master Sourcing’s current facilities in Bois-des-Filion, Quebec, and keep the team in place, including Pierre Asselin, former owner and founder.
