US Tarp has announced the introduction of welded tarps.
The company says welded tarps are manufactured with precise heat, speed and pressure to produce a very consistent, straight and durable side hem. Welded tarps are available for all applications including construction and landscape, recycling and refuse and agriculture and specialty.
US Tarp says the addition of welded tarps to its line of load covering and containment products will instantly decrease lead times and allow the company to better meet the needs of its distributors.
US Tarp has recently added a state-of-the-art tarp welding machine at its main location in South Haven, Mich. The addition enables US Tarp to prioritize customers, so they are back on the road as quickly as possible. Beginning in the second quarter of 2020, all standard front-to-back tarps in standard widths and materials will be produced with vinyl-reinforced welded seams along the length of the tarp, the company says.
US Tarp will continue offering all tarp materials in the heavy-duty style with seatbelt-webbing seams to those who prefer them.
