Turbo Solutions announced Monday it has more than doubled its stocking capacity to better serve its distribution network.
The company says the increased stock levels, combined with warehouse upgrades and improved material handing equipment, is intended to increase customer satisfaction.
“We are fortunate to have a dedicated work force and team of people that understand that we are an essential business that must come to work. Our plan from day one of the crisis was to use this time to make us better in the eyes of our customers,” says John Ferry, executive vice president, Turbo Solutions. “Increasing turbocharger stock production and improving our warehousing will allow us to ship emergency and stock replenishment orders faster and more efficiently.
“We treat emergency orders as our highest customer service priority and we are dedicated to constant improvement serving our distributor partners,” Ferry adds.
