The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) and MacKay & Company will hold its first Pulse webinar of 2021 next week at 1 p.m. EST, Wednesday, Jan. 13.

HDMA and MacKay & Company will provide insights on the latest updates on leads and parts distributors within the aftermarket and share preliminary results from the HDMA Q4 2020 Supplier Barometer + Pulse Survey. The webinar is $45 for HDMA members and MacKay & Company clients.

Last year, the participation fees for the HDMA Pulse Series was covered by HDMA member companies dues to help companies deal with the unknown business environment caused by COVID-19. In 2021, as we expand on industry topics, each webinar will be $45 for members and $100 for non-members. This nominal fee helps HDMA support webinar administration and production costs, the organization says. Topics covered in next week’s webinar will include:

  • An aftermarket update on leads and parts distributors
  • MacKay & Company’s Truckable Economic Activity update
  • Findings from the HDMA Q4 2020 Supplier Barometer + Pulse focusing on end-use markets
  • A 2021 outlook by sector and concerns for the next year

Speakers will be Dr. Bob Dieli, economist, MacKay & Company; John Blodgett, vice president, sales and marketing, MacKay & Company; and Richard Anderson, director, market research and analysis, HDMA.
