HDAW organizers say the conference's one-on-one meetings create a dedicated space for suppliers and distributors to engage in direct, face-to-face interactions to explore business opportunities, discuss new products, and finalize deals. The meetings foster a more personalized and results-driven environment compared to typical trade show interactions.
Each meeting is pre-scheduled, allowing suppliers to tailor their presentations to the specific needs of individual distributors, ensuring more productive and focused discussions. Distributors, in turn, benefit from the opportunity to engage with key suppliers in a private setting, where they can explore innovative solutions and make strategic business decisions.
Organizers say this format provides both parties with the opportunity to negotiate deals, establish long-term partnerships, and address challenges unique to their businesses.

These exclusive meetings are available for participating distributors and suppliers on the following dates and times:
- Tuesday, Jan. 21: 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. CT
- Wednesday, Jan. 22: 2:00 p.m. to 5:55 p.m. CT
- Thursday, Jan. 23: 7:00 a.m. to 12:55 p.m. CT
Suppliers must register and request meeting rooms by Friday, Nov. 15, 2024. Distributors should complete their registration by the same date and select/rank companies between Nov. 18-22, 2024. Participation in the meetings is limited to distributor companies and supplier manufacturers who are members of a sponsoring or affiliated organization.
