
Love’s Travel Stops has added a new location in Charleston, Mo., its 25th store in the state.
Located off I-57 at Exit 12 on US 62, the new store is roughly 16 miles away from its Sikeston travel stop. The new store adds 76 truck parking spaces and other amenities for professional drivers, such as seven diesel service bays, a CAT scale, shower and laundry facilities, five RV hookups and dumps and more.
The company says the new stores adds 50 jobs ranging from store retail operations to food service and truck maintenance. This store includes a Love’s Fresh Kitchen concept with fresh food items such as salads, sandwiches and fresh fruit prepared daily, and Arby’s opening April 14.

As new Love’s, it also has space for EV chargers allocated to be able to quickly partner with local utility companies and install EV charging stations should there be customer demand. In honor of the grand opening, Love’s will donate $5,000 to donation recipient, the company says.
