Capital Gear Ltd. has promoted Don Johansen to director of eastern operations. In this position, Johansen will lead the company’s eastern Canadian operations and provide strategic direction for the company’s ongoing growth.
Since Johansen joined Capital Gear, he has been the Manager of Capital Gear’s Mississauga location with responsibility for set up and implementation of the high corporate standards of Capital Gear.
The company says his exceptional knowledge of the industry provides a solid base for efficient and effective communication with Capital Gear’s aftermarket team and distributors. His innovative solutions and approaches to tackling complex and challenging issues always focus on the customer. His extensive product knowledge and customer service experience, particularly with distributors, will strengthen relationships with new and existing distributors.
