Seidel Diesel Group announces two acquisitions

Seidel Diesel Group announced Wednesday it has acquired Turbo Exchange in Concord, N.C., and Bell Turbo in Albany, Ore.

According to Seidel Diesel Group (SDg), the acquisitions of Turbo Exchange and Bell Turbo further expand the company's new and reman turbocharger offerings and expertise to better serve its customer base.

“Both acquisitions share the same focus and reputation for Quality and Service as SDg, and both companies provide SDg with strategic locations to best serve our branches and customers,” says President and CEO Ben Seidel. 

Seidel Diesel Group was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Bolingbrook, Ill. It has six companies, 13 locations in seven states and is one of seven Garrett master distributors in North America.
