TruckPro LLC announced the acquisition of the assets related to the operations of Drivelines N.W. Inc., owned by David and Catherine Lee.
Founded in 1973, Drivelines NW is a leading driveline repair, fabrication and parts provider in Washington state with three locations in Seattle, Fife and Everett. In addition to a full inventory of driveline components, Drivelines NW also provides a wide array of other heavy- and light-duty truck parts, according to an announcement.
“With a common business culture and focus on exceptional customer service, this new alliance will expand our presence into the Seattle and surrounding Puget Sound market,” says TruckPro CEO Chuck Broadus. “Drivelines NW is a very successful, multi-location business that has proudly served its customers for over 45 years. We have tremendous respect for David and his team, and we excitedly welcome them to the TruckPro family.”
