Coast Counties Truck & Equipment Co. acquired the business assets of Golden State Peterbilt (GSP), the company announced Tuesday.

Our focus will be on delivering a seamless experience and strengthening customer confidence through the expanded support and stability of Coast Counties."
GSP locations will now be Coast Counties — East. Employees at these locations have been hired in their current roles to ensure uninterrupted service for customers and partners.
Coast Counties has locations throughout northern and central California and is a division of the Jim Pattison Group.
