Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company announces Utility Trailer Sales Southeast Texas and Utility Trailer of Dallas have joined forces to form one unified company: Utility Trailer of Texas.
Based in Houston and led by company president Jonny Loring, the new organization brings together decades of experience and shared commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
With a combined 11 locations and over 140 service bays across the state, Utility Trailer of Texas is positioned for continued growth, the company says. Plans for expansion to open new stores, including in the Fort Worth and Austin markets, will further strengthen statewide coverage and enhance service capabilities.

“We are very excited to align with the Dallas operations and thrilled to welcome the Dallas team to our organization. Bo Watson will take the lead on sales and marketing of our Cargobull TRU and telematics offerings,” says Loring.
Bo Watson adds, “The timing was right for our two companies to come together. We can now offer our customers 24/7 service throughout the entire state of Texas, a requirement in the TRU industry.”
After decades of leadership, vision, and dedication, Packy Watson will be retiring — a well-deserved milestone in a remarkable career, Utility says. Packy built Utility Trailer of Dallas from the ground up, earning the trust of customers, employees and industry partners alike. His legacy is one of integrity, hard work and relentless commitment to doing things the right way. His values, joined with Utility Trailer Southeast Texas, will continue to flourish.
“I’m pleased to see these two great companies come together and know they will be successful,” says Steve Bennett, president and COO for Utility Trailer Manufacturing. “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Packy Watson my entire career — it’s been an absolute pleasure. I wish him the best in his retirement and look forward to continuing to work with Bo Watson as Utility Trailer of Texas expands its presence.”
