Trane Technologies and its Thermo King brand has acquired CSTK Inc., a longstanding, independent Thermo King sales and service dealer serving the Northeast and Central regions of the United States.
CSTK has represented Thermo King in the Northeastern and Central U.S. markets for more than 50 years. The business offers a full suite of transport refrigeration services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs, along with maintenance contracts and telematics services.
With the transition, CSTK joins Trane Technologies’ Thermo King business in the Americas, where they will continue to serve their existing markets — now as a company-owned dealer.

Thermo King states the acquisition includes CSTK’s existing operations across 10 sites, customer base, and experienced, knowledgeable team of more than 200 employees.
Thermo King adds its independent dealer network remains a critical part of how the company serves customers across the Americas region. This transition reinforces Thermo King’s ongoing commitment to strong market representation, service excellence, and long-term growth.
