Morgan says the new facility will be capable of producing a combination of 4,000 dry freight and refrigerated truck bodies annually, supporting both retail and fleet customers. Morgan expects to employ approximately 140 team members in a facility that will encompass roughly 210,000 sq.-ft. of production, office, and warehouse space. When combined with Morgan’s acquisition of Multivans in Bolton, Ontario, and the opening of a plant in Plainfield, Connecticut in late 2018, Morgan says the Orrville plant represents the company’s 14th the U.S. and Canada.

This has resulted in record revenues, thus allowing us to expand even further with new production facilities,” says Norb Markert, president and CEO.

A team including JobsOhio, Team NEO, Wayne Economic Development Council and the City of Orrville collaborated to ensure Morgan chose Northeast Ohio for its expansion.
