MHC’s Kansas City region has received Kenworth’s Paccar MX Engine Dealer of the Year award for the United States and Canada. The award was presented during the recent Kenworth Dealer Meeting.
To win, Kenworth says dealerships must excel at providing outstanding customer service to Paccar MX customers through trained technicians and sales personnel, as well as extended night and weekend hours of operation. Other considerations include MX parts inventory, customer satisfaction surveys and quick turnaround time on engine repairs.
MHC has earned the award four times since the award’s inception in 2011.
“The number of Paccar MX engines running throughout the Midwest continues to increase,” says MHC Regional Vice President and General Manager Steve Mayhew. “We are fully prepared to meet the demand and exceed customers’ expectations, offering superior customer service, convenient locations and extended and around-the-clock hours across our region. We are dedicated to helping customers realize the true value of the Paccar MX engine.”
Kenworth says this year’s award recognizes the Kenworth dealer that effectively communicated the Paccar MX engine’s many benefits by selling 575 MX-powered units in 2016. The MHC Kansas City region has 46 technicians that are fully trained on the Paccar MX engine, and according to Kenworth, has shown commitment to provide customers prompt service, no matter the hour of day or night.
