The American Truck Dealers (ATD) Wednesday announced the availability of its 2018 ATD Performance Measurement Guide.
The latest study of medium- and heavy-duty truck dealership performance, the ATD Performance Measurement 2018 (TDO8), a Driven Management Guide, examines 2017 best-of-class and all-dealer averages compared to 2015 and 2016 for 60 critical operating variables, ATD says. The COVs are proven measures of dealers’ economic performance. The analysis uses real numbers from ATD 20 Group members and Academy participants; with the formulas for each COV, ATD says members can calculate their own dealerships’ results and compare them against average and best-of-class results.
The guide also reviews the state of the industry and the economy, presenting additional data as well as trends to watch, and takes a look at the outlook for today and tomorrow.
