With ever-fluctuating changes in the trailer industry, the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) has announced a new way for trailer dealers to have a voice with industry manufacturers through the 2018 NATDA Dealer Satisfaction Report, according to an announcement.
The confidential survey report includes 11 key category scales to rate manufacturers, ranging from overall dealer communication to dealership warranty support. With this information, manufacturers will have the ability to review procedures and policies directly affecting trailer dealerships across the country.
“We wanted to find a way to give dealers the ability to voice their opinions – in a confidential manner – directly to manufacturers. Hopefully, these manufacturers take this information and adjust their business operations to better potential areas of concern,” says Jesse Battle, NATDA executive director.
The 2018 NATDA Dealer Satisfaction Report currently is open to any trailer dealer interested in participating, whether a NATDA member or not. To participate, email [email protected] or call 727-360-0304.
