Midwest Bus Sales Oklahoma, located in El Reno, Okla., and Midwest Bus Sales Illinois, in Litchfield, Ill., are Thomas Built’s newest Platinum Support certified dealerships.
Thomas Built says both dealerships underwent rigorous training and dealership improvements to increase service efficiencies and customer communication. These improvements are said to decrease service times and help to reduce maintenance costs and vehicle lifecycle costs for their customers.
“This journey will only complement our desire to succeed and take care of our customers,” says Scott Bruegge, vice president of Midwest Bus Sales. “We hope our customers come to visit and see for themselves the changes made and the difference in our business culture. This is more than a fresh coat of paint or a few more signs on the wall, this program enhances our abilities to be more customer focused.”
Platinum Support, a collaborative effort among Thomas Built Buses, Daimler Trucks North America and its dealer network, focuses on improving the customer experience. Thomas Built says Platinum Support dealers and their highly trained staffs provide rapid diagnosis, responsive turnaround and quality, consistent communication, robust parts availability and superb customer service.
“Midwest Bus Sales is committed to continuous improvement in order to better serve their customers,” says Paul Start, market growth development manager at Thomas Built Buses. “The Platinum Support certification of their Illinois and Oklahoma locations will help them serve their customers even better. It is with great pride that we welcome them as Platinum Support dealerships.”
“We are extremely proud of our employee groups at the El Reno, Oklahoma and Litchfield, Illinois locations for having the determination to complete all the necessary requirements to become Platinum Support certified and showing the commitment to sustain excellence in their dealership,” adds Scott Kincaid, CEO at Midwest Bus Sales. “Being Platinum Support certified aligns perfectly with our company’s core values of family, safety, service and respect.”
