Karmak has partnered with Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) to bring dealers Over the Counter (OTC) Excellence to help them better manage parts sales and customer relationships, the company announced Tuesday.
The Karmak Fusion and DTNA integration will allow clients representing Freightliner and Western Star Trucks franchises to participate in DTNA’s OTC Sales Management Tool. Through the new analytics interface, Karmak says parts sales data will be automatically exported in the required format and transmitted to DTNA’s systems for processing and analysis. Dealers can use DTNA’s OTC Sales Management Tool to analyze customer trends and create tailored sales plans by customer.
“We’re pleased to be able to demonstrate Karmak’s ongoing commitment to our dealers by providing the latest DTNA integrations within Fusion,” says John Lebel, director of strategic partnerships for Karmak. “The aim of this integration is to provide dealers with yet another way to leverage Fusion to increase parts sales by identifying which parts are selling and which ones aren’t.”
Karmak says current Fusion dealers can leverage the DTNA’s OTC Sales Management tool for parts sales in Fusion Release 3.55, which is available in the field today.
