Great Dane has announced the winners of its annual Sales, Parts & Service awards for 2017. The company says these awards recognize outstanding individuals and teams for their exceptional performance in the previous year.
“Since 1989, Great Dane has recognized the individuals and teams in our Sales, Parts & Service departments who have gone above and beyond to make Great Dane a leader in the transportation industry,” says Chris Hammond, Great Dane’s executive vice president of Sales. “The winners of these awards have worked hard to put Great Dane’s values into action by championing the needs of our customers and the industry each and every day.”
The Sales, Parts & Service awards recognize Great Dane branches, dealers and individuals for performance excellence in several categories, including safety, sales achievement, customer support and more.
Great Dane’s 2017 Branch of the Year award went to Great Dane Columbus in Columbus, Ohio. The Dealer of the Year award was given to Northeast Great Dane in Hillsborough, N.J. The Safety Award went to Great Dane Springdale in Springdale, Ark., for having an impeccable safety record in 2017 and for going beyond following basic safety protocol by submitting creative ideas for improving overall branch safety.
Finally, the AdvantEDGE Providers of the Year awards went to Northeast Great Dane and Great Dane Miami. AdvantEDGE is Great Dane’s national aftermarket parts and service program that provides members with access to a nationwide network of authorized service locations, 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, controlled ordering and invoicing and more, the company says.
