Kenworth of Louisiana–Shreveport sits on nearly 16 acres at 7030 W. 70th Street, west of downtown Shreveport, and 17 miles from its former location. Adjoining the dealership property is a truck stop with a commercial truck tire facility. This new location provides truck sales, service, parts and PacLease support on a heavily traveled freight corridor.
With a total footprint of nearly 40,000 sq. ft., Kenworth of Louisiana–Shreveport is the largest facility among Kenworth of Louisiana’s seven locations. The service department houses 20 bays, is staffed by certified technicians and the 1,600 sq.-ft. parts display supports the needs of local fleets and truck operators traveling through the busy commercial hub for north Louisiana. The dealership also operates a mobile unit for remote and emergency roadside service.
Along with parts and service, Kenworth of Louisiana–Shreveport provides sales support, as well as leasing and rental services through its onsite PacLease franchise. The dealership also is a multi-line trailer dealer, offering new and used flatdecks, heavy-haul and drop deck products. Amenities for drivers include a comfortable modern lounge with showers, flat screen TVs, and wireless Internet access.
