M&K Truck Centers expands operations

Mk Logo Official 300x93M&K Truck Centers has announced the acquisition of two Michigan Volvo dealerships in Flint and Saginaw, increasing M&K’s footprint to 18 locations in four states — Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Both newly acquired dealerships were previously owned by Graff Truck Centers.

M&K is now the only Volvo dealer group with sites in Michigan, including seven dealerships, located in the Detroit (Romulus and Sterling Heights), Flint, Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo and Saginaw areas, according to an announcement. All locations are positioned along major freeways to serve fleets and owner-operators travelling through Michigan’s busiest trucking corridors. M&K Truck Centers is an award-winning dealer group and the 2017 Global Volvo Trucks Volume Sales Leader.

The company says this expansion will be a benefit to customers as M&K Truck Centers will provide resources for parts, service, rentals and leasing. Professionally trained staff with experienced and knowledgeable diesel mechanics, parts specialists and salespeople will be retained at both locations. With the Flint and Saginaw acquisitions, M&K now employs more than 800 people, including 300 trained technicians available for service at the company’s 350 service bays.

Now open as M&K Truck Centers at 1401 S. Saginaw St., Flint, sales, parts and service are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday hours are from 7 a.m. to noon. Now open as M&K Truck Centers at 3431 Wolf Rd, Saginaw, sales, parts and service are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
