Mack has announced a new four-tiered engine overhaul program for MACK E7 engine owners.

“Revitalizing the engine is a logical solution,” John Taaffe, Mack director of aftermarket marketing, says. “The Mack Purebred Overhaul program offers a range of options to help maximize vehicle uptime.”

The Mack Purebred Overhaul program has levels of service:

1. Basic, which contains all Mack Genuine parts, filters and fluids needed for an in-frame engine overhaul.
2. Plus, which includes all the benefits of the Basic package but adds REMACK cylinder heads.
3. Premium, which includes all of the Plus package and adds a Mack Genuine turbo and injector set and extended warranty at no additional cost.
4. REMACK Engine, which combines a remanufactured three-quarter engine, Mack Genuine turbo and set of six injectors, filters and fluids. The REMACK Engine package also includes an extended warranty at no cost.

All overhaul kits come standard with a two-year, unlimited mile warranty, including parts and labor when installed by an authorized Mack dealer. Mack’s Purebred three-year, 350,000 mile extended warranty is standard with Premium and REMACK Engine packages, but is available for purchase with the Basic and Plus packages when installed by any authorized Mack dealer.

The Mack Purebred Overhaul program is part of MACK Pedigree Uptime Protection, an integrated package of aftermarket solutions.
