Jasper Engines & Transmissions announced plans to offer a replacement engine for the Cummins ISB 6.7-liter diesel.
Jasper said the engine replacement package is for 2007 and newer rear-gear applications. The engine will be compatible with Freightliner, Blue Bird bus, Thomas bus and Ford F650 and F750 models, the company said.
The replacement package includes the block, head, cam, crank, rods, valve train, oil pan, oil pump and pickup tube, oil filter, oil cooler, both inner and outer gear covers and finishing gaskets. Buyers must exchange their old engine with purchase.
The company includes a one-year parts and labor warranty.
