Being a qualifying member of Elite Support allows TCA to remain part of an exclusive network of heavy-duty truck dealerships across North America who are committed to providing outstanding customer service, rapid diagnosis, consistent communication, parts availability and quality repairs.
Elite Support Certification is no easy task, as the qualifying dealership must meet 123 specific criteria across 20 customer service areas. Re-certification becomes even more difficult with time, as the goal is to continually improve.
“The dealership is in good shape, and the team is working to continue to grow and develop a culture of continuous improvement,” says David Draeger, Elite Support Facilitator/Consultant.
Truck Centers of Arkansas achieved its original Elite Support Certification in 2011 and has been consistent each year with keeping quality and customer service at a premier level, the company says.
