Renegade Parts Washers introduces a solvent-free jet wash detergent formula for its automatic parts washers.
The company says new the detergent is environmentally friendly and formulated for optimal parts cleaning without residue buildup or bacterial slime. Aqueous parts cleaning combines water and detergent at high temperature and high-pressure force to provide cleaner parts and faster cycle times, the company says, adding increasing temperature of aqueous detergent medium improves chemical reaction of detergent exponentially.
Additionally, because Renegade Jet Wash Detergent is a solvent-free aqueous cleaning medium, the company says it contributes to adherence of municipal discharge limitations and reduces effects on industrial wastewater.
Renegade Parts Washers says the detergent is available in 1- and 55-gallon concentrate as a liquid and 40 and 450 lb. drums as a powder.
