MAHLE Aftermarket adds 162 new part numbers

MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. introduced 162 new part numbers – including 74 new MAHLE Original gasket part numbers – in the second quarter of 2016, the company says.

The new offerings are for a variety of gaskets, pistons and piston rings, filters, thermostats and engine bearings, now available for both light vehicle and heavy-duty applications.

The new part numbers are available in the following product categories: valve cover gasket sets, cylinder head gaskets, head set gaskets, water pump gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, oil pan gasket sets, catalytic converter gaskets, throttle body gaskets, plenum chamber gaskets, inlet/cooler/exhaust gaskets, fuel injector o-rings, pistons and piston rings, turbochargers, air and fuel filters, individual and main bearing sets, connecting rod bearings and thermostats.

“We continue to expand our offerings of light vehicle and heavy duty applications, especially in MAHLE Original gaskets,” says Jon Douglas, general manager, MAHLE Aftermarket North America.

“Our customers expect original-equipment quality, and that’s what they get with MAHLE Original.”

MAHLE Aftermarket Inc. announced on June 30 that the new brand name for the gasket line would be MAHLE Original gaskets. These will be the same products sold in North America since 2007 under the Victor Reinz brand licensed to MAHLE Aftermarket.
