No. 8 on our 2025 top products countdown

We have another first-timer to celebrate today. Landing at No. 8 in our Trucks, Parts, Service top ten products countdown this year is Noregon. 

Noregon makes its first appearance on our list for its March launch of its ShopPulse solution. 

When introduced, Noregon stated ShopPulse would join other popular Noregon solutions, such as JPRO and NextStep Repair, as available solutions to help improve the maintenance, service and upkeep of commercial vehicles and heavy-duty equipment. 

The company added ShopPulse provides an intuitive method to automate many of the day-to-day processes in a repair facility, such as work orders, inventory, customer relations, invoicing and much more. 

“We are so excited to offer shops a simple way to be more efficient at every level of their business and reduce some of the inevitable mistakes caused by manual processes,” said Dr. Jessica O’Sullivan, Noregon’s vice president of product management. “One of the features that pilot customers really appreciate is the integration with our diagnostic tool, JPRO. They can pull vehicle and fault details directly into a work order and automatically create jobs for better communication with customers, improved accuracy, and secure record keeping.”
