Eaton will showcase four new mobile power solutions at Heavy-Duty Aftermarket Week, Jan. 19-22, in Grapevine, Texas.

These components expand Eaton's vocational and heavy-duty truck portfolio, the company says.
PT 500 series power take-off
Mobile power take-offs (PTOs) PT 500 series for Dodge transmissions. These are purpose-built for Dodge transmissions, including compatibility with ZF PowerLine 8AP and Torqueflite HD applications. It's designed for vocational use and features a low-profile, hot-shift, two-gear PTO with hydraulic shifting in stationary mode. It mounts laterally on either side of the transmission for greater installation flexibility.
The PT 500 delivers continuous torque up to 280 lb.-ft. and intermittent torque up to 391 lb.-ft. with power output reaching 54 horsepower at 1,000 rpm. An engine-to-PTO ratio of 1:1.21 supports efficient power transfer. The PTO weights 53 pounds, which Eaton says helps minimize vehicle weight. Eaton's available soft electro-hydraulic soft-start shifting kit gives the PTO smoother engagement and reduced torque peaks.
Hot shift PTO for Endurant transmissions
A new hot-shift PTO for the Endurant transmission enables clutch-free engagement, even in stop-and-go or continuous duty applications. By allowing PTO engagement under load, the component improves operational efficiency and helps reduce downtime in demanding applications, Eaton says.
Allison wet kits
Eaton's Allison wet kits are engineered as turnkey hydraulic solutions for customers using Allison automatic transmissions. The integrated kits help simplify installation, Eaton says, while delivering consistent hydraulic performance and reliability across a range of vocational applications.
Pressure-compensated piston pump and heavy-duty PTOs
The pressure-compensated piston pump delivers precise hydraulic control while maximizing system efficiency, the company says. Eaton also has rear pneumatic heavy-duty PTO solutions designed for high-load applications, including configurations with reinforced mounting and rotated pump outputs to better support heavy hydraulic pumps.
